This is Dr.Umashankar Panda Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist working as a assistant professor in KTG college and hospital  in bangalore India and also working as a clinical physiotherapist in Anupma hospital bangalore India. panda898282.blogspot.com this is my blog to teach you about cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, critical care physiotherapy program, inpatient phsase rehablitation and outphase cardiac and pulmonary rehablitation program,changes the life style and the changes of cardiorespiratory disease  some endocrine disease and pathology, and  teach you how to manage some critical conditions with physiotherapy, and also give the information about the health and the fitness program for the individuals.
I also teach you about how increse cardiorespiratory fitness in sport, how to improve  endurance, power, streangth cardiorespiratory and general muscle.
